Our anti vibration engine, gearbox, radiator and exhaust mounts are used extensive in the bus industry for whom we also manufacture suspension and anti-roll bar bushes. We have been manufacturing our patented vibration isolation mounts for trains for many years and also supply various other parts for this industry including suspension for carriages and bogies, centre pivot bushes and bump stops. Our illuminated control panels division manufacture led-lighting, signage and other display systems for buses, trains and other public vehicles.

Within the specialist and off highway vehicle market as well as flexible bushes and other suspension parts we have also developed an excellent solution for mounting cabs, minimizing vibration and shock feedback to the driver. We also supply this market with anti vibration and noise reduction solutions for mounting pumps, fans, motors and a variety of other sensitive equipment.

Hutchinson Stop-choc have developed specialised solutions for the medical industry including racks and trays to house extremely sensitive medical equipment and vibration isolators for body scanners and medical pumps. On a larger scale our patented shock protection mounts are used in a variety of scenarios in the generation of power. Diesel generator mounts, anti vibration mounts for wind turbines and power stations and corrosion protected equipment for off-shore power generation.

Within motorsport we supply numerous teams from rallycross to F1 with high quality components to reduce vibration and shock and protect complex equipment. Some applications include engine, gearbox and radiator mounts, vibration isolators for KERS, ABS and other electronic equipment, hydraulic mounting, flexible bushes, a variety of suspension solutions and bump stop technology.
